Order Tracking & Delivery Process

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.

• Live Tracking: As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

• Delivery Scheduling: The courier agent will call or WhatsApp you on the day of delivery to ensure you are available at your specified address. Please respond to secure your delivery window.

• Failed Deliveries & Wrong Addresses

  Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. If you are unreachable, or the address provided is incorrect after these attempts, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.

  • Note: For repeat failed COD deliveries, we reserve the right to disable the Cash on Delivery option for future orders on your account.
